ahara is a big part of spices and its supply. We are thankful for the production lands from where we are currently exporting the natural spices. A separate team is intended to supply the spices from lands to our place. Now, we begin with the process of powdering which is not an easy task. At first, the spices are made fresh by removing any kind of impurities from it. It is estimated that even natural spice is about 2% impure. After performing the part of freshness, we make involve these spices into the machines for final powdering. Now, even after powdering, again a method is run to purify the spices. The purification of the spices is very important for the perfect smell and flavor. We are currently working to export more than 50 different ‘Masalas’. All of them are packed in a good manner with the company’s logo. Our packing system is quite strong which seems to be a plus point from our corporation. Finally, the spices are exported to the different parts of the country. So, this is what totally about the ahara which is working for the supply of major spices in India.
